repurposed 20ft shipping container, transforming into a small yet dynamic kitchen. It was here that the foundations of the bakery were laid and the first team member, Sara joined, who is still working with us today alongside a team of 6 and ever growing.
As demand grew...
for our delicious baked goods grew, so did the need for a larger, more functional space. This facility allowed me to take our creativity to new heights, expanding the team and futher produce a wide range of sweet treats and specialty items. Today, we supply many local bars & cafes in Cork (& Kerry),
